Death is an end. One might think that makes it a release, but in truth its a great loss. Regardless of what you find around you, when alive you can heal, you can find joy, you can find love, even if not romantic. We have always attempted to improve things for people, we have attempted to help them find an easier, kinder path. And yet if the narrator gets his way, we'll find ourselves in a situation where not only this loss becomes more heavy, but people may begin to find it more appealing than the suffering that he is causing. I understand the desire to submit to honeyed words, but to force someone into a role that's whole focus is to take and to take based on a single person's whims, Narrator, this is far too much, far too cruel
